With Videos and Pictures Coming in the Next Few Weeks
I spent a week in Brazil, going from Rio to Belo Horizonte for a few days, and taking a side trip to Ouro Preto. Then back to Rio for a couple of days.
I went from 92 degrees and high humidity in Rio on Wednesday to 34, cloudy, and blustery in Chicago on Thursday.
Landing in Rio eventually revealed views of both Corcovado and Pao de Acucar.
I took a bike ride along Guanabara Bay and put a video camera on the front of the Itau bike rental. Watch the amazing topography of Brazil emerge as we turn corners between the bay and the rows of high rise buildings…
This is one of my favorite places in Rio!
